I've completely redone all of my blogs; the main page is now www.DavidsBlogs.tk (not quite done yet :D). Here are the sublinks I will be putting on that main page soon:
Am listening to this audio book already listend to the first two tracks and must say this is a great one. It's basically a satire about the 'greatest democracy' on earth.
A truly memorable romance movie. The last good one ive seen was a comedy called 50 First Date, starring Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler. Truly remarkable (albeit some difficult to-reconcile-with-reality facts) GRADE: 9/10
I'm not all in for romance movies like this. But, i must say it's not that bad (it was really really bad at the front but that kinda wore off towards the end). GRADE: 6.5/10
A remake of the 1975 suspense classic. Really loved this one because of nearly everything: Great plot, awesome acting, and a truly funny movie. Also has some great jokes (one about AOL). GRADE: 8/10
Sequel of the awesome Resident Evil 1. Unlike most sequels, this one's ok. Was really engaging but made you think it wasnt quite worth it bcos of the ending. ambivalent about watching the 3rd installment after seeing this in the theatres.GRADE: 7.5/10
Another documentary released just in time for hte US Elections. Shed a lot of light on the story behind the arabic news network Al-jazeera and the sinister shadow behind the fall of Baghdad; it's the more serious version of fahrenheit 9/11. SCORE: 6.5/10
This movie is the latest installment of the harry potter series. Was not too bad; less focus on evil and he-who's-not-to-be-named and more on rediscovering his past and his connections with the fugitive Sirius Black, the man purported to have betrayed Potter's parents friendship to the dark lord. GRADE: 7/10
